The client was involved in an altercation with another individual due to personal differences. The fight resulted in the other person’s nose being broken. Our office believed this was done in self-defense and we requested a jury trial. On the day of trial the Dallas County Criminal District Attorney’s Office changed their point of view. All charges were dropped.
